First of all I just want to agree with all 103 comments (I believe in future there will be much more of them), that it realy is a very striking photography!
Vampire theme. I really think that ancient people all thought of a vampire as a frightening, creepy and nasty creature who does not belong to our world. But, as we can see now, modern people usually think about the vampires not like as ancient demons but like about one of the most sexy mythical creatures. "Nowadays vampires" aren't even called monsters from a graves or something like that! And you just maintained this idea! Don't think that I did not like it, I really did! And you perfectly combined all this sexiness of yours and this blood and ripping skin imitation, so it brings more uncommonness to your photo!
The skin. I believe that it is a kind of ripping skin but I'm not sure. I've read that some of your watchers called it "The mummy vampire". I really can't find anything that can add some mummy theme to this work because I just can't believe that this costume imitate the mummy's bandage. If it really was your idea, then excuse me for my misunderstanding!
Blood. I really want to pay a little bit more attention to it. And want to note how realistic the blood looks on your chest. No joking! Just the light falls that way so the blood on it looks more real, not like it is just a paint. Usually we can see the same effect in the horror films fan of which I am! And also thank you for not over-doing the blood. It is the perfect amount to add a piquancy to this picture! I think now it is outstanding!
After all I can say that in this photo the watchers can really feel all this rage, power and the hunger of your personage! I think this is because of the face expression you did! Classical open mouth to show the canine teeth and reveal who "you" are. Fantastic work!
(Please Note:I have no formal photography/cinema training)
The Good: The Mummy theme adds a great deal of visual interest. The Color Theme of warm reds strengthens the intensity/impact of the image.
The Bad: I don't know if the fusion of Vampire/Mummy works (it confuses me, but maybe my geek-ness has developed intolerance to the whole vampire genre.) Maybe different fangs...
Your balled up hands do not match 'ahhh' calm of your facial expression. If you eyes mirrored you hands then... wow.
Bottom line: If I saw this image on a novel I would buy it. You have a very invoking photo.
Love it you are gorgeous and your pose was just brilliant..

“She claimed she loved the camera, its warmth, its familiarity. She responded to its naked glare, its slavish attention to every expression of her face and body, with the kind of immediacy a trusted lover could expect.”

All my respect for the author!
