WOW! I know that this should be a critique but it's hard to criticize such a perfect image. The snakes are just astonishing. I can't even imagine the work that they involved. I like the expression of the mouth, it is demonic, however the eyes could be a little more demonic too. There is a little more shadow on the left side of the face, so the whole makeup is a little unsymmetrical. But if i look closer the background also isn't symmetrical. So i think it gives a small unbalance to the image. But that's a good thing since it's DEMONIC.
