Critiques
Let's start with the outfit. While it's undeniably very revealing and sexy, it's not at all vulgar in anyway, and the single black leather sleeves gives off a nice contrast with the exposed skin on the other side. The 'skirt' hides the hips' curve a little bit, but creats a cyber-punk effect that estranges the model from any 'ordinary' context.
The mass of complex dreadlocks adds to the dark/light contrast, enforcing the cyber look in the progress and bringing out the model's expression.
The dark make-up on the eyes brightens them up instead of making them look smaller as some times dark colors do.
The back ground evokes some sort of decadent futuristic society making the model look like a pearl in a polluted sea -which is very in tune with the title and concept behind the picture...
All in all it's a very powerful image, that strikes down the onlooker with a nice combination of elegance and brute force.
...I love this woman. XD
